Charmian Stephens, affectionately known as Coach C, is the CEO and Executive Business Consultant of Stephens Premium Business Consultants where she helps entrepreneurs organize, systematize and optimize growth for their ultimate success.

 

Coach C has over a decade of experience in successful marketing, entrepreneurship, and business coaching. She has faced and overcome her own struggles and is uniquely positioned to help others through their own.

 

Charmian is a woman of faith and has submitted to the voice of God for guidance and direction regarding her career path, except for the time God told her to walk away from corporate America. God eventually removed the job from her(terminated). Although very devastated, she pulled the pieces of her life together and decided to dive head first into becoming a Business Owner.

 

Charmian went through a few road bumps but to date, now owns five businesses operated out of the Metro Atlanta and West Georgia areas, under the name of Stephens Premium Business Consultants.

Above all, Charmian is proudest to be a wife and mother of 5.
