Refund Policy: 

Coaching Services: We understand that circumstances may change, which is why Stephens Premium offers the ability to cancel coaching within 24 hours of purchase. When making a cancellation request, please provide details in an email addressed to support@stephenspremium.com including your decision and reason for cancelling - note there will be a 5% transaction fee deducted from any refund issued.

 

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services with notice if inappropriate or offensive behaviour occurs on behalf of our Clients; such action would take effect immediately following notification and justification thereof by Company personnel. There will be no refunds in this case. 

 

For Subscriptions or Monthly Programs: If you choose to cancel a monthly program subscription, there are no refunds for payments already made. You may access the content and/or Stephens Premium team for the duration of the payment period, unless your services were terminated by Stephens Premium.  

 

Digital Products: Digital products include but are not limited to ebooks, workbooks, courses, and any media that is access online and downloaded to a device. There are no refunds for digital products. 

 

Physical Products: 

To ensure a successful return process, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery that your product arrived damaged. Following this timeline is essential for obtaining your refund – after the seven day period, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges.

 

Upon notification, our team will give you the relevant instructions on packaging and shipping details and costs.

 

Shipping For Items: Shipping delivery times differ based on the product. The delivery time for your product is detailed in your product description.
